Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. The Print Store currently ships within the US only, and we are working on opening up more regions. In the meantime the STL files for most of our range are on our MyMiniFactory store.
How long before my order ships?
Normally 5 to 10 business days. Everything is printed to order, then cleaned, cured and checked by hand. Domestic delivery after dispatch usually takes another 3 to 7 business days.
Are the miniatures painted and assembled?
No. Kits arrive unpainted and unassembled, with bases included. Use cyanoacrylate super glue for assembly, and wash and prime the parts before painting for the best finish.
What scale are they?
Most of the range is heroic scale on 25mm bases. The Socratis line is Primaris scale on 32mm bases. Some kits use larger bases, such as 40mm or 60mm. The exact base size is listed on every product page.
How are they printed?
In house, on our own 16k resin printers, using premium UV resin. That resolution is what keeps the fine detail on faces, insignia and weapon parts crisp.
How is shipping calculated?
By the number of packs in your order rather than per item, so buying several kits together is much cheaper than ordering them separately. The full rate table is on our Shipping and Returns page.
Something arrived damaged or a part is missing. What now?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos. We will send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Can I return something I simply changed my mind about?
Because each kit is printed to order, we are not able to take change of mind returns. Damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect orders are always put right.
Can I buy the STL files instead?
Yes. Our digital range lives on MyMiniFactory, where you can buy individual kits or subscribe for monthly releases.
Do you take bulk or retail orders?
Yes. Orders above roughly 20 packs need custom packing and postage, so get in touch and we will quote you.
Where can I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed to you when the parcel is collected. You can also see your orders in My Orders.
