Shipping & Returns
Where we ship
The Print Store currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We are working on opening up other regions. If you are outside the US, the STL files for most of our range are available through our MyMiniFactory store.
Handling time
Every order is printed to order on our own 16k resin printers, then cleaned, cured and checked by hand before it is packed. Orders are normally dispatched within 5 to 10 business days of payment.
Large orders, new releases and sale periods can take a little longer. If your order is going to fall outside that window, we will email you.
Shipping rates
Shipping is charged per order, based on how many packs are in your cart rather than per item. The exact cost is calculated at checkout.

| 15 packs and above | $25 |
A few kits are bulkier and adjust the rate:
- A single builder kit on its own ships for $13.
- Each builder kit inside a larger order adds $1.
- Orders containing artillery start at $15, plus $1 for every other pack in the order.
- Orders above 20 packs normally need more than one box. Checkout will still take the order, and we will get in touch about the actual postage.
Delivery time
We ship from within the United States, so there are no customs charges or import duties on domestic orders. Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 3 to 7 business days.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start updating.
Delivery addresses
Please double check your address, full name and phone number at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, re-shipping will be charged again.
Returns
Every miniature is printed to order, so we are not able to accept returns for change of mind.
We do stand behind what we send. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, get in touch within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos of the problem. We will send a replacement or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.
Miniatures are supplied unpainted and unassembled. Light support marks and a little cleanup are a normal part of resin printing rather than a defect.
Cancellations
If your order has not entered the print queue yet, we can usually cancel it in full. Contact us as soon as you can with your order number.
