Payment Methods

What we accept

Currency

All prices and orders are processed in US dollars (USD). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank will convert the amount at their own rate and may add a foreign transaction fee.

When you are charged

Payment is taken when the order is placed. That is what puts your kits into the print queue, so we are not able to hold an order without payment.

Card security

Card details are handled entirely by our payment providers and are never stored on this website. We only ever see the last four digits and the card type.

Taxes and duties

Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Because we ship from within the United States, domestic orders do not attract customs charges or import duties.

If a payment fails

Failed payments are usually a bank security check rather than a problem on our side. Try again, or use a different method. If it keeps failing, contact us and we will help.
