StationForge sells premium 3D printable miniatures and physical printed miniatures for tabletop wargames. Our website address is: https://stationforge.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is handled.
Information we collect
When you place an order we collect the information needed to process and deliver it: your name, email address, billing and shipping address, phone number (if provided), and details of the products you purchased. If you create an account, we store your login email, username, and order history. If you contact us for support, we keep the correspondence so we can help you.
Payments
Card payments are processed by our payment provider (WooPayments) and PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. Your full card number and payment credentials are transmitted directly to these processors over an encrypted connection and are never stored on our servers. Cookies
We use cookies to keep your shopping cart working, to keep you logged in to your account, and to remember basic preferences. If you visit our login page, a temporary cookie is set to determine whether your browser accepts cookies; it contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. Login cookies last for two days (two weeks if you select “Remember Me”) and are removed when you log out.
Analytics and live chat
We use store analytics to understand aggregate shopping activity on the site (such as page views and purchases) so we can improve the store. Our site also includes a live chat widget provided by Tidio; if you use the chat, the messages you send and basic technical data are processed by Tidio to provide the service. Who we share your data with
We share personal data only with the service providers needed to run the store: payment processors (to take payment), shipping carriers and fulfillment partners (to deliver physical orders), and the hosting and e-commerce services that power this website. We do not sell your personal data. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
Order records are retained for as long as required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. If you have an account, we store the personal information in your user profile until you ask us to delete it. All account holders can see and edit their personal information at any time (except their username).
Your rights over your data
You can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, and you can request that we erase your personal data. This does not include data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes (such as completed order records). Where your data is sent
Some of our service providers (such as payment processors, analytics, and chat) may process data on servers located outside your country. We only work with providers that protect personal data in line with applicable law.
